Before they fill their absolutely stunning bottles, the rum is left to age in oak, mellowing it a little and adding some mature, woody notes.
This is definitely one to be tried neat over ice and, if you're feeling extra fancy. try adding a ribbon of orange peel and ginger to the mix too; just for that little something extra.
